Reefer demand is strongest in California, the Upper Midwest, and parts of the Mountain West, with additional hot spots in the Southeast, reflecting seasonal produce movement and regional shipping needs. Dry van demand is spread more evenly but shows strength across the Southeast, Midwest, and certain Western markets, while the Northeast and parts of the Northwest continue to display softer conditions. Overall, southern and central markets are holding steady or strengthening, while coastal Northeast and northern mountain regions remain less competitive.
