How to refer: 

Log into your Bobtail account if you are actively factoring with us.

Click on the “Referrals” on the left-side menu.

Copy your unique referral link or enter your referral’s contact information to send them your link.

If you are using our mobile app, you can access your referral link by clicking on the referral widget on the home screen.

Have your referral sign up using your link to get in touch with the Bobtail team.

REMEMBER… To qualify for rewards, your referred contacts must sign up on the form using your unique link before they sign their factoring agreement with Bobtail.

How much is the reward?

Once someone you referred to Bobtail factors $20,000, we’ll approve your referral and credit your account with $500. Allow up to 30 days for processing.

There’s no limit on how many approved referrals you can earn! Share your unique referral link as often as you wish.

What is not considered a referral?

1. Referring existing or previous Bobtail customers.
2. Carriers who are already associated with Bobtail.
3. Carriers whom another Bobtail customer has already referred.
4. Self-referrals or referrals made for the same carrier under different email addresses.

Bobtail retains the right to decline reward payouts due to suspected fraudulent activities. Referrals must follow the specified process to be eligible for rewards.

Additional Terms and Conditions:

1. Eligibility: The Bobtail Referral Program is open to all active Bobtail factoring customers. 
2. Referral Criteria: To qualify for a reward, the referring customer must refer a contact who is not a current or former Bobtail customer, nor engaged in negotiations to become one.
3. Approval Process: A referral will be considered “approved” once the referred contact factors at least $20,000 with Bobtail. Please allow 30 days for the referral to be processed after the referral’s factoring volume threshold is met.
4. Referral Payment Process: Customers are not required to contact us separately for referral payments.
5. Exclusion of Non-Bobtail Referrals: Referrals made outside Bobtail’s official referral system will not be considered for rewards.
6. Single Referral: Each contact can only be referred once.
7. Self-Referrals: Self-referrals are not eligible for rewards.
8. Cancellation: Bobtail reserves the right to cancel the Referral Program entirely or for specific referrers at any time and without prior notice.
9. Referrals from Existing Factoring Clients: Referrals will not be eligible if the referred party already uses Bobtail’s factoring service.
10. Dispute Resolution: Any questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the referral program will be resolved by Bobtail at its sole discretion.
11. Communication Consent: By participating in the referral program, you agree to receive communications from the Bobtail team and are subject to Bobtail’s Privacy Policy.
12. Exclusivity: The Bobtail referral program cannot be combined with any other offer.
13. Clarification: Referral rewards are only applicable to referrals that result in new Bobtail clients.
14. Acceptance of Terms: Participation in the Referral Program implies acceptance of these Referral Terms. Revisions to these terms may occur at Bobtail’s discretion, with updated versions posted on the website. Continued participation in the Referral Program constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
