Dry van demand held steady in the Midwest and Southeast, especially around Kentucky, Tennessee, and Ohio—good news if you’re running lanes in those parts. Reefer freight continued to heat up across the Central U.S., with the strongest demand stretching from Texas to the upper Midwest. Meanwhile, flatbed activity remained focused in the eastern half of the country, with solid movement across Kentucky, Arkansas, and parts of the Southeast, while most Western regions saw lighter activity. Overall, if you’re hauling reefer or flatbed loads, Central and Eastern routes are where the money is this week.
