We are excited to share the updates we made to our mobile factoring app during the first quarter of 2023. They include several new features to help you better manage your invoices and make factoring as simple and efficient as possible.

Broker Credit Checks

One of the most recent changes we’ve made is the addition of a broker credit check feature. You can now check brokers’ credit ratings inside the app by selecting “Brokers” in the bottom menu and entering the broker’s name or MC number.

When checking a broker’s credit rating, you can also click on the broker to see more details about them.

Simplified Invoice Submission

Submitting invoices is now even faster, with just two steps required. Scan or upload documents directly from your phone, add load details, and send! You can also save time on the phone by adding a note to every invoice with any details you want to communicate to our processing team.

We’ve also made the home screen more intuitive, with an invoice summary to know what’s happening with all your invoices at a glance. You can search for invoices using the load number for fast and easy access.

Push Notifications

Push notifications are now available and give you updates on your submitted invoices and incoming payments. These help customers resolve issues more quickly and get paid even faster!

Reserve Balance & Transfers

We’ve also added a reserve balance and transfers widgets to the home screen.

The reserves widget displays your reserve balance, and you can click on it to see your reserves history, including the date of each change, the related invoice, and the type of change (overpay, short pay).

In the transfers section, you can also now see a history of the amounts transferred to your bank account, along with the dates and totals.
