Flatbed demand is still riding strong across the Midwest and parts of the Southeast—places like Tennessee, Kentucky, and Alabama are keeping drivers moving. But out West, it’s a different story—freight’s drying up in a lot of zones, so keep your wheels pointed East if you want to stay busy. Reefer loads are staying hot in the Midwest and stretching into the Plains, with steady freight in Texas and parts of the Southeast too. If you’re pulling dry vans, the upper Midwest and central regions are still where the money’s at, but a few southern lanes are also picking up steam.
